1. What data should I provide in the purchase process?

3. When I add several products in the purchase process and I can not move forward

If you ask for more units of the available ones of a product, it lets you put more units but it is blocked since there is not enough stock. Try to lower the number of units and let you continue with the purchase process. If you wish you can write us and ask us how many units we have and when we plan new productions.

4. If a product appears "out of stock" what does it mean?

It means that there is no unit in stock. We manufacture every week and we try to keep enough stocks. You can send us an email and ask us for an approximate date of replacement.

5. Can I order my gift wrapped order?

All our packages are wrapped as gifts. As ceramic pieces, everything is wrapped in different papers and ecological protections to ensure you travel safely. In addition each piece includes a certificate of authenticity numbered.

6. Craft products

Our products are handcrafted, so they may contain small marks, changes in size, color and shade. This makes them unique and special, so there are no two complementary pieces equally. Each article is accompanied by a numbered certificate of patricialarrosa.com that certifies our preparation and originality of the piece.

7. What voltage, connection and light bulb have the lamps

Our lamps work connected to the electrical network of 220 V. All are equipped with electric cable with switch and plug type C, Europlug. (flat) functional in Spain and compatible with connections in most of European countries.
Our lamps allow E14 T26 bulbs and we recommend the use of LED technology, thus avoiding the heat accumulated by incandescent bulbs.
In your lamp orders we will always include a compatible E14 LED bulb.
